- Permanent domiciliary carer role in the Laira and Efford area.
- 16-40 hours a week.
- £9.50 during induction, £10 once passed, £15 on bank holidays.
Community Care Worker - Greenbank & Mount Gould
- Permanent domiciliary carer role in the Greenbank and Mount Gould area.
- 16-40 hours a week.
- £9.50 during induction, £10 once passed, £15 on bank holidays.
Community Care Worker - Crownhill & Manadon
- Permanent domiciliary carer role in the Crownhill and Manadon area.

The recruitment process

If that sounds like you, submit your application and we’ll give you a ring for an informal chat. The next step is to attend an in-person interview with our Registered Manager. We’ll then send successful candidates an offer of employment and start date for your induction training.
Training
We have a great induction programme, and you’ll receive ongoing training, as well as career development support throughout your time with us. Our senior team is here to guide and mentor you every step of the way.
Internal trainers will help you complete your Care Certificate, before enrolling you for your formal qualifications. If you want to specialise in any aspect of care, we can help you progress your career and achieve your goals.
